Name: Traci Country: United States State: Michigan Birthday: 9/29/1982 Gender: Female
Interests: Drawing, drawing, drawing, any type of gryphon, animals, birds, chillin' with my college 'buds, ummmm... reading comic books, mucking, role playing..... being a P.I.T.A. (pain in the ass), Arguing with those heartless bastards who think that animals are merely stupid beasts, creating my own cult (Just kidding), trying to find people that have similar beliefs to myself (about magick and animals and what not), cuddling with my soulmate, John, I LOVE rock music (Especially Creed: Scott Stapp is my god!), yelling at my parrot when he won't shut up, being a priestess, eating and sleeping.
Expertise: I am a fantasy/comic book artist. Or at least I try to be. I guess you could call me a "fledgeling artist" because I am still in college. My art consists mostly of fantasy and animals. I will usually post my newest stuff on this site.
I know many things, and consider myself to be very wise for my age.
I am THE gryphon, bird, and kitsune fanatic. I also have a love for dragons and aliens.
I am also a very spiritual person, even though I don't believe in organized religion. I follow the beliefs that the people in my comic book do.

| Things are quieting down... i'm not as busy as I once was because I finally finished that #$#$^$% how to daw book.
I'm in class again... i don't feel like working on my class project. I'm doing a whacked-out version of Alice in Wonderland... I have to actually bind the book as well, which is going to suck, because I'll have to go to kinkos to do so, and they only do spiral binding.
Anyhoo, I'm giving a presentation to my old high school about my business. I'm a bit nervous because I'm not a good public speaker... at all.
My website has a whole new look. I spent hours trying to get it to look right. :(
| Hello, Xanga... what'cha known. I can see your flowers growing (John and I went to see a simon and garfunkel concert last Sunday, and I haven't recovered yet).
Lots has been going on. I'm 21 now, and I've been making good work of it. :P
I've been busy trying to get my "How To Draw" book out by the end of November as well as do a few commissions on the side.. I hate deadlines.
For fun, I decided to make my own Ulario Costume. And I just finished it yesterday... just in time for Halloween :)
Anyhoo, I'm in class right now so I better get back to work before I get chewed out :)

| Ergh. So tired. I've been going full force on creating Gryphonheart #0, and I've come to the conclusion that it's so long that it's going to have to be considered a "graphic novel".
Your standard comic book is an average of 24 pages long. I've already written 20 pages and I don't even think I'm halfway through it...
I'm so tired. If it wasn't for my addiction to red bull, I don't think I would make it through.
| Yeah, I got my first comic done, but I'm keeping quiet about it because all it was is a chance for me to get back into making comics. All of my energy is going into my gryphonheart comic (I already have 6 pages done, and I'm even surprisimg myself with the story and art. That one is due out in early 2004).
I'm also finishing up that how to draw book. I'm done with all the art for it and halfway done with with writing it. It's going to be out sometime before christmas. I dunno exactly when, but I'll be sure to let everyone know when it's done.

| Why my school is run by communists:
John and I were walking be some of the "Have a Great Semester" and "Go Red Pride" signs...
Me: Are they just trying to kiss our asses to take our money?
John: No, it's a subliminal message. Our school is run by communists.
Me: I dunno, I don't see any red stars.
John: They're hidden in the cardinal.
